The person behind the practice
Meet Meredith Smith.
Thatch & Storm is an independent consulting practice led by Meredith Smith, whose career spans law, executive leadership, government affairs, and organizational strategy.
Her experience includes leadership roles at Rochester Institute of Technology and LaBella Associates, and serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs at del Lago, where she functioned as the property’s general counsel.
That range of experience informs a practical approach: understand the business, ask the right questions, and help leaders make informed decisions. Clients work directly with Meredith throughout the engagement.
